Our fight against bullying in medicine

Bullying in medicine isn't just harmful, it's deadly. It erodes confidence, leads to mental health struggles and forces brilliant Physicians out of professions they love. It also significantly affects patient care. At Physicians keepers we believe no one should suffer in silence

  • What is medical bullying?

Medical bullying includes behaviors like undermining clinical decisions, gaslighting or humiliating residents and colleagues and blocking career advancement opportunities.

  • Why it matters?

Physicians who are bullied are more likely to experience depression, anxiety and burnout and less likely to seek help. This impacts not just the Physicians but also their patients, families and the future of health care itself

  • How we advocate?

Sharing personal stories to break stigma Educating through online courses Mobilizing communities to demand institutional accountability Hosting interviews with experts, survivors and reformers
